New mixed-use development on what was formerly a golf course owned by the City of Lansing. The Red Cedar development will connect the State Capitol to Michigan State University and adjacent communities along Michigan Avenue.
The site is approximately 35.5 acres and includes 1,100 beds of student housing, two hotels, a multifamily community, and a luxury senior living facility.
The project also includes extensive sitework and an integrated parking structure.
