This mixed-use project includes 534,990 sqft of four-story wood-framed, high end apartments that wrap around a three-story precast parking garage. The roof top amenity area will have a fire pit, gas grills, decorative stone paver areas and lounge furnishings. The clubhouse includes a fitness center, private meeting rooms, a rooftop lounge, a pool and an outdoor kitchen/bar for entertainment.
The site enhancements include walking paths that tie into area walking trails, extensive landscape enhancements utilizing native species, and a jellyfish water filtration system to filter rainwater runoff. The addition of a road, Talavera Way, is also part of the infrastructure work on site that will bring traffic to this development.
The parking garage is a 187,252 sqft precast structure with 545 spaces that also includes pedestrian bridge access to and from the apartments in three locations.
This development will also include 30,320 sqft of street-level retail space.
