AC Hotel

New eight-story, 110,951 SF hotel with 160-keys and a historic Park Street building facade. This project required demolition of three buildings while keeping four facades, ranging from one to three stories tall, and maintaining portions of one of the existing buildings in order to incorporate it into the new construction of the hotel. Amenities include a full-service bar and restaurant, lounge, commercial kitchen, meeting rooms, a roof top bar and patio space, fitness facility, and three first floor tenant spaces.
