New five-story, 221,000 SF student housing building for the students of Kent State University. Amenities include fitness center, pool with courtyard, space, study courtyard, and a parking garage underneath the first level. Project also include a large portion of demolition and rehabilitation to the site before construction started including the removal of trees, an asphalt parking lot, and soil.
