Nationwide Corporate Offices - Grandview Yard

New four-story corporate office in two buildings known as 'Building W'. This project totals 255,000 SF and has a glass pedestrian connector between the buildings. Additionally, the north structure has a pedestrian bridge that connects to ‘Building H’ (a project also completed by CBC) and both buildings connect to a parking garage.  The exteriors include brick, limestone and glass and are consistent with the design of our past projects at The Yard.

The interior spaces of both buildings are similar.  They include a variety of conference spaces for large and small groups, mostly open-office modular furnishings, break rooms with kitchenettes on every floor, several multipurpose/training rooms, and a fitness center.
