Nationwide Corporate Offices - Grandview Yard

New four-story corporate office in two buildings known has 'Buildings H & I'. This project totals 495,000 SF and the buildings are connected by an enclosed walkway.  The design fosters collaboration and wellness and includes amenities such as multiple dining areas, a guest restaurant kitchen, barista, bank, fitness center with meditation rooms, wellness clinic with exam rooms, and an outdoor patio courtyard with a covered picnic area.

Office spaces contain flexible, modular furniture with electronic-raising standing desks and dual, large-screen monitors. Each floor is laden with open and glass-walled meeting and conference spaces.  Each building also contains several large training rooms.

The buildings are LEED certified and have N+1 Tier power redundancy with three generators for complete power back-up.
