New six‐story, nearly triangular‐shaped complex built on a one‐ and two‐story podium that accommodates a parking garage and two‐story amenity space on the west side of the building. The project is 235,000 SF and the unit mix includes studio, 2‐, 3‐, 4‐, and 5‐bedroom units and nine two‐story townhomes all totaling 590 beds. There is 18,400 SF of retail space is on the first floor and a large interior courtyard with canopies and a trapezoidal shaped swimming pool.
