Renovations to existing 197,000 SF warehouse facility to relocate the research and technology center for US Steel. Facility was reworked to provide new utilities, power distribution center, two 20-ton overhead cranes, two-story laboratory complex, and a series of foundations and utility trenches to house relocated equipment.
